Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Comra Motion, an image-to-video software service operated by Comra for real estate marketing workflows. By accessing or using Comra Motion, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Comra Motion allows users to upload listing photos and related assets and generate video content from them. The service may include project storage, image analysis, clip generation, video generation, branding overlays, music selection or upload, download links, and Vimeo publishing tools.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features from time to time. Some features depend on third-party providers and infrastructure outside our direct control.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

If you use Comra Motion on behalf of a company, agency, brokerage, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

Comra Motion is not intended for children.

3. Your content

You may upload photos, logos, profile images, branding materials, music, text prompts, and other content to use the service. You remain responsible for that content.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you own the content you upload or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and lawful bases needed to use it with Comra Motion;
  • you have obtained any required consents from identifiable people appearing in uploaded content;
  • your uploaded content, prompts, and instructions do not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights;
  • your use of the service complies with applicable law and applicable real estate advertising rules.

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, deceptive, malicious, or otherwise prohibited material, or use the service to distribute malware or interfere with the platform.

4. Ownership and license

As between you and Comra, you retain ownership of your uploaded content and, to the extent recognized by applicable law, your generated outputs.

You grant Comra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use your uploaded content and generated outputs as necessary to:

  • provide the service;
  • create, regenerate, store, and deliver generated clips and videos;
  • support, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service;
  • investigate misuse, enforce these terms, and comply with legal obligations.

This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain backups, resolve disputes, comply with law, and complete deletion workflows.

5. Generated content

Comra Motion uses automated and AI-assisted systems. Generated clips and videos may contain errors, omissions, distortions, artifacts, or inaccurate details. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before using, sharing, publishing, or relying on them.

Comra does not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, unique, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Vimeo publishing

If you request a Vimeo link, you authorize Comra to upload the relevant generated video to Comra's Vimeo account on your behalf.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • the uploaded video may be processed, hosted, stored, displayed, or made accessible through Vimeo;
  • depending on Vimeo settings, sharing behavior, embedding, or Vimeo platform behavior, the video may be visible or accessible on the internet;
  • Vimeo is a separate third-party service and its own terms, privacy practices, moderation, availability, and retention rules apply to content uploaded there.

Deleting or changing records within Comra Motion does not necessarily remove content already uploaded to Vimeo.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service in violation of law or third-party rights;
  • upload content you are not authorized to use;
  • attempt to bypass security, access restrictions, quotas, or technical limitations;
  • interfere with the platform, reverse engineer restricted parts of it, scrape it unlawfully, or disrupt other users;
  • use the service to create fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or abusive content.

Comra may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe your use creates legal, technical, security, or reputational risk.

8. Service availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous availability, or compatibility with every workflow or third-party service.

Outages, delays, quality issues, or feature limitations may occur because of maintenance, infrastructure issues, model behavior, storage issues, or third-party provider behavior.

9. Fees, billing, and refunds

Certain features require paid plans, recurring subscriptions, extra video purchases, or other paid balances. Pricing, included usage, feature limits, and availability may be shown on our pricing pages, in-product, at checkout, in an order form, or in a separate agreement.

Paid checkout, subscription management, invoicing, receipts, taxes, and billing portal features may be provided through Stripe and related payment providers. By completing a paid purchase, you authorize Comra and its payment processors to collect and process the billing information needed to charge the applicable fees, calculate taxes, and manage your paid access.

  • subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until canceled;
  • Essential to Growth upgrades take effect immediately, you are charged the amount shown at confirmation, your unused balance remains available, and a fresh Growth billing cycle begins immediately;
  • Growth to Essential downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle, and your current Growth access remains active until then;
  • if you cancel renewal, your current paid period remains active until the end of that billing period unless otherwise stated;
  • extra video purchases are one-time purchases available only with an eligible paid subscription;
  • prices may change prospectively, but changes do not affect charges already accepted for the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated;
  • taxes, VAT, and similar charges are additional unless expressly stated otherwise and are calculated based on the billing information, location, and business status provided at checkout;
  • you must keep your billing, contact, and tax information accurate and up to date;
  • if a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, we may retry collection where permitted, suspend or limit paid features, or require an updated payment method before continuing paid access.

Invoices, receipts, payment methods, billing details, and tax information may be managed through the billing portal when available.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, already-paid charges, or completed one-time purchases.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Comra may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or disable features if:

  • you breach these terms;
  • we are required to do so by law;
  • your use creates security, legal, or operational risk; or
  • we discontinue the service or a feature.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, license rights needed for prior processing, disclaimers, liability limitations, and legal compliance obligations.

11. Privacy

Your use of Comra Motion is also subject to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how Comra collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data in connection with the service.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Comra disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability;
  • Comra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data;
  • Comra is not responsible for failures caused by third-party services or providers, including payment processors, authentication providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, monitoring providers, or Vimeo.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted or when otherwise communicated to you, unless a later effective date is stated.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Swedish law, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies and cannot be excluded.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@comra.ai.
