• name, email address, profile information, authentication identifiers, organization or workspace information, and account-related timestamps.

Uploaded content and project data

• listing photos, logos, profile images, branding assets, uploaded music, text prompts, project settings, feedback, and other content you submit to the service.

Generated content and related metadata

• generated clips, generated videos, thumbnails, file locations, processing status, and technical metadata associated with creation, regeneration, download, and publishing.

Support and communication data

• contact requests, support messages, feedback submissions, and operational messages related to your account or projects.

Technical, device, and usage data

• IP address, device and browser information, log data, approximate usage information, error reports, security events, and similar diagnostic information.

Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

• cookie preference data, authentication-related tokens or session data, interface preferences, pending project references, and other data stored in your browser or device to support the service.

External publication data

• Vimeo publication records such as provider name, external video identifiers, external links, publication status, and related error information when you request a Vimeo link.

• authenticate users and secure access to the service;
• store, process, and transform uploaded content into generated clips and videos;
• support branding, music, download, regeneration, and publishing workflows;
• upload videos to Comra's Vimeo account when you request a Vimeo link;

• monitor performance, diagnose errors, maintain logs, and protect the service against abuse or unauthorized access;
• analyze service usage and improve the service;
• comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect our rights.

• performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide the service you request;
• legitimate interests, including service security, fraud prevention, debugging, platform protection, and service improvement;

5. Cookies, local storage, analytics, and similar technologies

Comra Motion uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the service and remember preferences. These technologies may be used to:

• remember cookie choices or interface preferences;
• preserve pending project state and other workflow information;
• measure usage and performance;
• support monitoring, debugging, and security.

Comra Motion also uses analytics and monitoring tools, including Vercel Analytics and Sentry, and uses Google reCAPTCHA in relevant flows to help prevent abuse.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, in-product preference controls. In some jurisdictions, certain cookies or analytics technologies require consent.

6. Sharing and disclosures

We may share personal data with service providers and processors that help us operate Comra Motion, including:

• Auth0 for authentication and identity services;
• Google Cloud services for storage, processing, and related infrastructure;
• Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention;
• Vimeo when you request a Vimeo link;
• Vercel Analytics for analytics;
• Sentry for error monitoring and diagnostics;
• email, messaging, support, and internal operations tools used to run the service.

We may also disclose information:

• to professional advisers;
• to law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety;
• in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business.

We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside your country, including outside the EU, EEA, or UK. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

8. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your projects, support downloads and publishing workflows, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Uploaded photos, generated clips, generated videos, and related project data may be retained until you delete them, request deletion, or your account is otherwise closed, subject to backups, technical retention periods, and legal obligations.

If you request a Vimeo link, related publication data may remain in Comra Motion and on Vimeo until separately deleted. Removing a record from Comra Motion does not necessarily remove the corresponding content from Vimeo.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request deletion of personal data;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to certain processing;
• request portability of data you provided to us;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You should only upload content that you are authorized to share and should avoid uploading highly sensitive information unless clearly necessary and permitted.

Comra Motion relies on third-party services. When you interact with third-party services such as Vimeo, Auth0, or other providers, those services may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted or when otherwise communicated, unless a later effective date is stated.
